Desmopressin nasal sprays (DDAVP, Stimate, etc) are no longer approved for bedwetting...due to reports of serious hyponatremia.

Most of these cases occur in children using the nasal spray for bedwetting...probably because dosing errors are more common with the spray than the tablets.
